DAY 1: CUSCO – CHILCA – WAYLLABAMBA (A) (D)
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco very early in the morning to transfer us by bus to the town of Urubamba, one hour from Cusco. After this stop you will head to Chilca, to begin your walk along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. After approximately three hours of walking you will stop for lunch. Then we will continue walking towards your first camp of Wayllabamba, on the way you will visit the archaeological complex of Llactapata. Food and overnight at the camp.
DAY2: WAYLLABAMBA – WARMIWAÑUSCA – PACAYMAYO

After breakfast, the hardest part of the path begins, with a steep climb, followed by a 3-hour walk until reaching the first pass, called Warmiwañusca (Dead Woman), at 4,200 meters above sea level. Approximately, here you will not only enjoy incredible panoramic views of the entire area but also have the satisfaction of having reached the top. After lunch you will descend towards Pacasmayo to camp and have dinner.
DAY3: PACAYMAYO – PUYA PATAMARKA – WIÑAY HUAYNA (B) (A) (D)
After breakfast, the descent will begin to the second most important pass of the route, at 3,800 meters above sea level, where you will enjoy a guided tour of the Runku Rakay archaeological complex and the Inca citadel of Sayacmarca. You will then continue your walk to Phuya Patamarka (village in the clouds), another important archaeological monument where you will stop for lunch. After a brief rest, you will begin the walk again until you reach Wiñay Huayna (Always Young), for a guided tour of this spectacularly located archaeological complex. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY4: WIÑAY HUAYNA – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO (B)
After breakfast, one-hour walk through the forest to the Inti Punku (Gate of the Sun), known as the gateway to Machu Picchu, from where you have an impressive panoramic view of the citadel. Upon arrival at Mchu Picchu, guided tour visiting the main remains and monuments, such as the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters, the temple of the three windows and the cemeteries. Leisure. At the indicated time we will transfer by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). In the afternoon return to the city of Cusco by train. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
